EXCHANGE

All purchases of READY STOCKS items through us are eligible for exchange within 7 normal days of receiving the products. The product must be in original and full set condition, any washed or worn products will not be accepted. 
All purchases of PRE-ORDER items are not eligible for exchange unless in the cases where it is our fault for example mistake in size, colour, model or authenticity of a product sold.

RETURN

All purchases of all items through us are not eligible for return unless in the cases where it is our fault for example mistake in size, colour, model or authenticity of a product sold.

REFUND

All purchases of all items through us are not eligible for refund unless in the cases where it is our fault for example mistake in size, colour, model or authenticity of a product sold.
Refund are not applicable within 5 normal days of receiving the products. We will not accept any form of exchange, return or refund beyond the period.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please note that manufacturing or minor defect is not eligible for exchange, return or refund at all times. Most of brands products are hand stitched and handmade. Some minor stitching inconsistency is normal and is not considered as defect(s). Leather texture and color may be slightly inconsistent as it depends on the texture of the leather itself.  Glue stick stain and black dot on sneakers does not considered as defect(s) too.

Products are to be returned/exchanged must be in original condition, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc still attached (if applicable). 
We reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the above criteria.

Please note that all the extra charges incurred in an exchange (ex.shipping cost, duties and taxes) is the customer’s own responsibility. This includes the requirement to pay the additional re-shipping fee. We will exchange items that has returned to us within 5 normal days from received date and subjected to availability of the stocks.

We do not refund any shipping expenses paid by the customer for returns unless it is our fault the return/refund has to take place
